Rosa Taylor went to the Baptist Chapel on Ruardean Hill. She left on a couple of occasions after ‘upsets’ or disagreements. Here she describes how a vicar tried to change the times of the service compromising Rosa and a couple from Coleford’s ability to go to chapel. Even so, she still returned.

Pat Harper’s parents were Chapel attenders who decided to marry in All Saints Church, Viney Hill. Pat joined the Sunday School and here she describes the Sunday School in the vestry and sitting by the warm fire.
